What counts. Between two CONSECUTIVE tables published within three weeks of each other: a jump measured across a two-month hole in the archive is a climb we cannot date, so it is not counted. Winning the belt is not a climb — the champion line is a state, not the place above #1 — and neither is entering the table from outside it, because a fighter absent from the previous week had no rank to climb from. 1 ranked name is left out entirely — Bruno Silva is shared by two different fighters our source roster cannot tell apart, so any career total under it would be two people's added together. That page is withheld for the same reason. The record is a 2-way tie. 2 moves share 11 places in a week, so all of them are named in the sentence above rather than one of them being picked.
