UFC stats, answered

What percentage of UFC fights end by knockout? Has that changed since 2004? Which division finishes most, which country’s cards go the distance, how long does a fight actually last? Every question on this page is answered from the official UFC statistical record — all 8,723 fights with a result since March 1994 — recomputed on every build, with the number of fights behind every single row. Nothing here is hand-kept and nothing here is a forecast: these pages are the facts of the record and nothing else. Want a superlative instead of a rate? Where the numbers come from. The official UFC statistics record — the same tape every bout page on this site is built from. A fight is a UFC bout with a result: draws, no-contests and overturned results are excluded from every denominator.
Why some cuts have no page. These pages are generated from a grid of 11 measurements against 6 ways of cutting them, and the build decides which cells are worth publishing: a row needs 30 fights behind it to be printed, and a page needs 5 printable rows to exist at all. 12 of the 66 combinations did not clear that bar this build and were not written — a rate off a handful of bouts is arithmetic, not a statistic.
