Tofiq Musayev is 1-1 in the UFC. He debuted on June 21, 2025, against Myktybek Orolbai in a catchweight bout and lost by submission in the first round.
More than nine months passed before his next fight. On March 28, 2026, Musayev met Ignacio Bahamondes at lightweight and won a unanimous decision over three rounds.
That is his only UFC win on record and his only UFC fight to reach the scorecards. His debut is the only time he has been finished in the promotion.
Belgrade is his third UFC appearance and his second at lightweight.
